What to Pack For Camp
Please HAVE YOUR CHILD PACK THEIR BAG so they know what they have brought!
By all means help your child to pack, but they are better to learn these things themselves so when they come to camp they know they have so many socks or another pair of pants.
Many new and some older Cub Scouts don’t know what is in their Kit and don’t know where to find it!
A note, that our weekend camp is for a Friday night, full day Saturday and Sunday morning. Amounts of clothing should be determined appropriately.
In general, youth need the clothes they arrive in plus 1-2 changes (barring accidents) to get them through the weekend. Extra socks and underwear are always a safe bet.
CUB SCOUT UNIFORM IS TO BE WORN TO AND FROM CAMP
NO KNIVES ARE ALLOWED
NO VALUABLES, ELECTRONICS, OR EXTRA FOOD/SNACKS, WILL BE NECESSARY
ALL ITEMS GOING TO CAMP MUST BE LABELLED
Youth may bring books, small stuffed animals for bedtime but they are the responsibility of the youth.
