Registration Nights and

"Bring A Friend" Nights

September to June

Beavers Scouts (5-7 yrs) meet on Friday nights from 6 pm - 7 pm

Cub Scouts (8-10 yrs) meet on Monday nights from 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm

Sea Scouts (11-14 yrs) meet on Wednesdays nights from 7 pm - 9 pm

You can come out and/or "Bring A Friend" to a couple of meetings if you'd like to try it out!

You might even be able to try out a camp with us!

 

Our  Regular Meetings take place, Sept to June,

In the Canterbury Room, (upstairs and to the right)

at the Church of the Resurrection, Garth and Mohawk (beside the Fire Station)

Sometimes our meetings are outside in the side yard!

 

Registration is now done on-line, but we may be able to help you when you show up at a meeting, no promises!

  • Health Card information,

  • Emergency Contact information

  • Any updated information,

  • Supply any Medical Information (Allergies, conditions, restrictions, accommodation info,) 

 

If you don't have this information at the time, please get it to us as soon as possible or add it to your file on.

 

Regular meetings will start the week after school classes start.

 

Beaver Scouts (5-7 yrs old) usually meet on Fridays, 6 pm-7:15 pm

 

Cub Scouts (8-10 yrs old) usually meet on Mondays, 6:45 pm-8:30 pm

 

Sea Scouts (11-14 yrs old) usually meet on Wednesdays, 6:45 pm-9:00 pm

 

Venturer Scouts (15-17 yrs old) formally meet once a month for planning meetings and plan out their schedule as activities require.

 

Registration is $230 after Sept 1, 2019

 

  • Scouts will be expected to pay dues, either by the week, month or year, depending on the section/age groups procedures.  Dues generally works out to $1 a week.  These dues are used to purchase merit badges, activity supplies, pay for outside program activities etc.                                                                                                                                      

  • Uniform shirts (official wear and to put badges on) are extra and cost approximately $30.  Optional Activity Wear t-shirts may also be purchased if you wish at approx. $15 each.  See Section Leader for details.                                                                                                                               

  • We do go camping about 5 times a year.  These camps generally run from Friday evening to Sunday Mornings.  Camp fee is generally $25/camp to cover food and activities.
