The Canadian Path

 

The Canadian Path signifies a new revitalization of the Scouting Program in Canada, from Beaver Scouts all the way up to Rover Scouts.

 

It's a methodology based on PLAN, DO and REVIEW

 

This will be carried out with a program of INTRODUCING, MASTERING,  then MENTORING.

 

Through guided leadership, the youth will be called upon to come up with program content and knowledge, through which they will master skills and information, while gaining experience. After a skill or knowledge is INTRODUCED, then MASTERED, they can then MENTOR their younger or less experienced peers.

 

This will allow the youth some freedom to map their own journeys and build social skills, leadership & mentoring skills along with confidence they gain as they grow through the Program achievement levels.
